Redundancy

Redundancy can be a fair reason for dismissal where your employer has a genuine reason, you have been fairly selected and a fair and transparent process has been fully followed.

Claims for Redundancy Pay should be made to an Employment Tribunal within 6 months of the date on which your employment was terminated. For all other claims the time limit is 3 months.
