Constructive Dismissal
This is notoriously difficult to prosecute with statistically only 1 in 10 cases being successful. Keeping a diary of all of the issues causing you to want to leave may assist your claim. It should record names, dates, times, witnesses and what happened. Also, there are things that you must do to protect your rights if you do decide to resign.
