Breach of Contract

This normally covers the following:

• Notice or Payment in Lieu of Notice;
• Contractual Bonuses;
• Contractual Bonuses;

Any claim under this heading must be lodged within 3 months of the right being infringed.

As with Unlawful deduction from pay, you must raise a grievance with your employer before lodging any proceedings, otherwise your claim could be rejected.

In addition, we do not represent on low value Breach of Contract claims for the reasons outlined above, but we will provide advice for those seeking to take claims.
