Our wealth of experience in both employment matters and tribunals allows us to provide straightforward, clear advice and support to clients.  Our representation department is headed up by Dave Gilfillan, who has over 15 year’s hands-on experience in the handling of employment problems and Employment Tribunal claims.  This means that you can be sure your claim is in safe hands.

Dave spent 11 years with Acas, where he was trained in employment law and mediation skills.  Dave is a firm believer in continuous professional development and is currently building upon his Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development qualifications by undertaking a Postgraduate Diploma in Employee Relations in his spare time.
